Returning my order ended up being way more of a headache than I expected. I had to keep reaching out just to find out what was going on, and the refund showed up later than I thought it would?? The product itself was fine, but the whole return and refund process definitely needs some work

I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and yeah, I did notice some results. The products feel nice, like good quality, and they’re easy to use. Shipping was fine too, nothing crazy fast but it got here okay. Overall, I’m happy with it.

My order showed up much later than I expected, actually, way later than it should have. The tracking barely updated, so I kept having to check it myself and guess what was going on. the shipping just didn’t feel reliable.

I got my order from Manavi Beauty, the packaging was fine, but not amazing. The box was plain, and one corner was a little squashed, though luckily, nothing inside was damaged. The product itself was presented okay, just not in a way that felt very special. For the price, I kind of expected it to be packed a bit nicer. Overall, it was okay, but yeah, I was hoping for a little more.

I was trying to place my order and the checkout kept lagging, which got annoying. On top of that, my discount code wouldn’t apply, and I’m definitely someone who pays attention to the final price. The order did go through in the end, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience

I felt kind of embarrassed even having to keep following up about my order. I reached out once and didn’t hear anything for days, so I sent another message, thinking maybe the first one got missed.

Still, I never got a clear answer, which made the whole thing feel really uncomfortable. It was like I was bothering them just by asking what was going on, even though I’d already paid and just wanted an update.

I totally understand that places get busy, but a quick reply would’ve made a big difference. The experience left me frustrated, and I don’t think I’d order again unless their customer service improves...

I thought the quality was decent, but it feels a bit hit or miss for what you’re paying. It’s not terrible, but I expected more at this price point
